			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was around 10 or so when the first wave of eco-awareness hit the media.&nbsp; Magazines from National Geographic to Seventeen carried articles on how one can do better for the environment.</p>
<p>Now, it&#8217;s become a new fad, while it would have been better to do it as a daily thing, instead of faddish cycles.</p>
<p>I think on this day, Earth Day (or Arbor Day), being environmentally aware should be a ongoing habit.</p>
<p>I do like that there are a lot more choices for healthy and green products now and much more widely available in stores, but we need to do more than that.</p>
