Did 14k on NaNo this year, so that’s better than I’ve done since I first started.  Now to actually *finish*.

Currently using Thunderbird and IMAP to move emails to my new main account.  Also trying out the MS Windows Photo Gallery Beta.  It’s pretty and I can tag things and not have fifty million folders to keep photos organized.  So there goes another thing to do, add tags to all my photos.

Using Windows Live Writer to do this post. I’ve always liked it better than the browser based post editors, so I believe I’ll stick with it.

Did some tweaks to the sidebars, and have added new header images to the theme.

The new Overlords :

Jazz is the teeny fluff of gray, Sansa is the calico and her sister is Oryx, the tabby. Jazz is Queen of the Overlords, if such a thing is possible?

Two of my headers are from personal photographs and the others are from various places on the Net, so all credit goes to the original photographers. All I did was crop them to fit.

Also added a new toy: Abbey Links. It’s my lifestream, everything I link or post to the Net.

Also pondering switching my gallery to NextGen Gallery and moving my custom pages to WP for easy management and one spot to manage them.

Have added quite a few plugins from this post and found that the template I was using on LJ was ported over to Wordpress.

So, a list:

• Continue adding in tags from LJ-I’m having to do this one tag at a time since there is no way to pop a plain text list of tags into the tag system.
• Upload all my icons from LJ
• Find a IJ crossposter
• Categories to be organized
• Setup my mood theme
• Move all my memories to delicious
• Remove duplicates from LJ

This meant to be a place where I’ll archive my fanfictions and original fiction. Consider it a writer’s notebook but a bit more focused:only writing in the form of fiction or poetry.  I’ll be uploading soon, and I’ll make announcements at my LJ and at my main blog.

I’m working on the organizational bit and pondering the password feature for passwording posts.  If I do password posts, it’ll be becasue they are not for minors.  (Okay can we PLEASE have a consistent rating system?  FF.net does it one way, MM.org does it another way, MPAA does it differently and ESA does it yet another way.  Oi.) Not to be exclusionary, but honestly.
