So many things wrong with that idea, i don’t even know where to begin. Someone not paying attention in class, someone letting their idealogy blind them to reality, and general ignorance to start off with.

I am shocked, and frankly appalled that anyone would have their home searched and things confiscated over a story reported in the news.
There is a ‘gentleman’ in Sweetwater who believes that President Obama is not a citizen of the US and as such is unfit to be President. He believes this so much that he has attempted to have the grand jury hear his case twice now, both times denied as not having any grounds.
I saw earlier today that apparently he attempted to arrest the grand jury foreman for preventing him him from presenting his case to the grand jury and instead was arrested.
Rather appropriate result, I say, as he has absolutely no grounds for his claims.

The Revision Thing | The Texas Tribune
Revising history to to suit some strange ideal is really, really idiotic. Cutting out important Supreme Court decisions and Presidents just because they do not follow your ideal? Let alone the important things women and people of color have done in America?
Truly a way to get our children ahead in this world.
Also, I have noticed that this post marks my 200th post since I began the blog so many years ago. A small sum compared to the years, but I plead being seduced by Livejournal and its clones.
I have been writing again, and have been posting the resultant fic to my creative journal and at FF.net and Archive of Our Own.
