NaNo Updates
Have gotten the Imperial Family sheet done (I had to keep track of the aunts and uncles at least!) and will begin the Plot Outline soonish. I plan on posting it at the Annex and the Scriptorium. Also, making a list of essential food items to have in the house along with getting some sort of paper control put in. Also house is supposed to be appraised next week so cleaning!
Anxiously waiting for Oct. 31 so I can go and pick up my copy of Final Fantasy XII.
ETA: Fixed feedburner feed-was NOT paying attention, so sorry!
Also-I finished my plot outline for my NaNo novel and will be doing some serious research. before Nov. 1

Updates
Have added a Feedburner feed to the blog. I’ve spliced in my del.icio.us links as well as posts from here. The link and an email subscription form is under the heading Various Bits and Drabs.
Upgraded to Firefox 2.0 and waiting for two-three extensions to be updated-Blog This for Firefox for Windows Live Writer, del.icio.us and Furl tools. I adore the new built-in spell checker and like the fact I can add spellings to the dictionary. The default theme is very pretty. I got rid of a bunch of extensions and haven’t missed them-well except for the three I listed above and the handy dandy BBcode extension (which I wish had LJ specific codes for ease of use in commenting and posting)

NAACP: Tenn. Senate ad plays to racism – Yahoo News
NAACP: Tenn. Senate ad plays to racism – Yahoo News
I’ve seen the ad in question (and disclosure-I voted for Harold Ford in early elections).
I thought it was rather stupid as heaven forbid a single man goes to a party, or hell anybody says something stupid.
I’m not from Chattanooga, so I can’t say I’ve heard anything other than what is in the ads about how Bob Corker ran the city.
It is sad that an independent group not otherwise affiliated with the Republicans or the Corker campaign can make up such innuendo and garbage (rather like a school-kid taunting his victim with some stupid childish taunts).

IV. Night
Black Sky
Layers of Stars
Galaxies spinning in the vastness
The Moon smiling down
So near, yet so far

III. Fall
Red Leaves, Yellow Leaves splashed
Against Gray Skies
Fall

II. Day’s Dawning
Pink-gold light tinting the world
Wispy fog muffling
The night recedes
The stars hide
And the Moon follows the Sun

I. Moon
Pale white pearl in a bed of black velvet strewn with diamonds
Cold white light caressing the dark hills
Dark side hiding on the other side
Stars shine brighter
Crescent hanging in the sky
Chasing the Sun

Listening to: Crimson Phoenix by Atlas Plug on 2 Days or Die
Testing Windows Live Writer with the currently playing plugin and iTunes plugin. Seems to work so far, though it is a bit slow in updating the song when the song changes.
Much nicer than w.bloggar and seems much prettier.
